Ex-Penn State President Graham Spanier Receives Jail Time

Disgraced former Penn State president Graham Spanier is going to be spending time in jail.
After being found guilty of a misdemeanor child endangerment charge earlier this year, Spanier was sentenced on Friday to two months in jail. Former Penn State vice president Gary Schulz will also serve two months.
Another former Penn State official was sentenced on Friday as well, with former athletic director Tim Curley receiving a three-month sentence.
All three men were negligent in the Jerry Sandusky sex abuse scandal for failing to report former Nittany Lions assistant Mike McQueary informing them of seeing Sandusky abusing a young boy in the shower.
Sandusky is serving a maximum 60-year sentence.
