A year ago, the Netflix football world fell in love with Brittany Wagner. The selfless, involved, caring and compassionate single-mother who worked as a councilor at East Mississippi Community College became the darling of the series.
Now, she’s a name on a list of self-reported violations by the Kentucky football program.
The violation is the result of Wagner receiving two tickets to the Wildcats season opener for the 2016 college football season against Southern Mississippi.
The violation was first reported in the Courier-Journal on Monday afternoon.
The violation is considered minor, and is part of a body that lists 17 total violations.

Only two of the violations come from the football program. They are all considered minor offenses, and have been handled mostly in house with punishments approved by the SEC and the NCAA.
As for Wagner, she is no longer working at EMCC. Following the success of the lone season of “Last Chance U,” she has decided to starter her own academic counseling organization for at-risk athletes.
