While it has been reported on for weeks, the Florida football program officially announced the addition of two highly-touted transfers on Monday morning.
Gators head coach Jim McElwain took to Twitter to share graphics and an announcement welcoming former Notre Dame quarterback Malik Zaire and former Clemson offensive lineman Jake Fruhmorgen to his team.
Florida is hopeful that both players will be able to make big contributions to the program, though Fruhmorgen will have to wait before he can see the field.
While Zaire is eligible to suit up immediately for Florida, Fruhmorgen must sit out the 2017 season to satisfy NCAA transfer rules.
