The only thing preventing Marshawn Lynch from winning the next Golden Boot award is his inability to keeping from using his hands. On the soccer pitch, Lynch desperately searched for someone to run over while toting the soccer ball under his arm.
Upon reaching the goal, he encountered a goal-keeper that wanted no part of the 215-pound bruiser.
It was all in good fun, but Marshawn Lynch received a red card after being on the pitch for little over seven seconds.
What else would you expect?

Curious why Marshawn Lynch was running so awkward and slowly? He was in sandals. That makes his booting of the ball out of the frame, and his leap to snatch the red card out of the referees hand all the more impressive.
The Oakland Raiders are probably very happy this is how Lynch chose to participate in the event. After trading for the running back while he was retired, then coaxing him out of retirement to play for his hometown Raiders before they leave Oakland, a torn ACL would have been a tragic way for his story to end.
It seems like his style of play is best suited for American football, anyway.
