Friday night’s TUF 25 Finale has shaken up its lineup just before the event was set to begin.
Late Friday evening, it was announced that a planned women’s bantamweight bout between Jessica Eye and Aspen Ladd was scratched from the fight card because of an illness to Ladd.
Eye was first to announce the news with a video statement on social media.

Ladd has also commented on her withdrawal from the fight, saying she fell ill at 9:00 a.m. and is currently in the emergency room.

Ladd, who is undefeated with a 5-0 professional record, was set to make her UFC debut at tonight’s event. Eye, meanwhile, is looking to snap a four-fight losing streak.
There is no word on what future plans for the two women are at this point in time.
