Penn State Football Lands Four-Star Safety Isheem Young

For Isheem Young, the Penn State football program will be his new home.
The four-star safety was highly coveted by a number of programs around the country, but made his decision final on Monday afternoon.
In a long, self-serving video, Young announced that he’d chosen the Nittany Lions over a number of other high profile schools. He can be seen tossing an Alabama Crimson Tide hat, as well as a Clemson Tigers hat aside, before jumping into a pool of Penn State water.
It’ll make more sense once you watch the video.

Good for Isheem Young and Penn State. This is a pairing that both sides benefit from. Young is a Pennsylvania native, and will now get to stay close to home while attending one of the top programs in the country.
And for Penn State, they get the chance to build off of their conference championship last season.
The Nittany Lions are putting together an impressive recruiting class so far. They currently have the third best recruiting class for the class of 2018 in the entire country.
