Darius Garland is the top-ranked point guard in the Class of 2018 and he is closing in on his college decision.
Late Friday night, the Brentwood Academy (Tenn.) standout took to social media to share his six finalists as his recruitment winds down. Every team in Garland’s top six plays for a Power Five conference, with a local contender remaining strong in the mix.
Garland’s top six are Duke, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, UCLA and Vanderbilt.
According to 247 Sports’ Crystal Ball Predictions, Duke is currently the favorite to land the five-star recruit but Vanderbilt is also strong in th emix.

The 6-foot-1 Garland is currently ranked as the No. 1 point guard in the nation and the No. 8 prospect overall.
Whoever lands his services will be getting a point guard capable of changing the game from Day 1.
