Michael Jordan Roasts LaVar Ball: I'd Beat Him One-Legged

The debate over who the greatest basketball player of all time is will wage in perpetuity. Michael Jordan, LeBron James, Wilt Chamberlin, Julius Irving, there’s no wrong answer.
A notable absence from that list? LaVar Ball. The loud-mouthed father of three talented sons hasn’t been shy about issuing public challenges to some of the greatest NBA players of all-time, then failing to follow up on them.
After saying he could be Michael Jordan in a game of one-on-one, the world lifted it’s collective eyebrows. One person who’d managed to remain relatively silent on the issue was the man himself, Michael Jordan.
That all changed on a video posted to Bay Area HQ on Tuesday.

While fielding questions from a group of kids in California, the conversation inevitably turned to LaVar Ball’s ridiculous statement of beating Michael Jordan one-on-one.
His Airness was as explicit as you can be speaking in front of a group of kids: “I don’t think he could beat me if I was one-legged.”
This is hyperbole, of course. But hyperbole aside, LaVar Ball probably couldn’t beat Michael Jordan if, for whatever tragic reason, the GOAT lost a leg. Shaq recently released a diss track, and now Jordan says he doesn’t need all of his limbs to be Ball. Charles Barkley was on the “call LaVar out” train months ago.
Anybody else just wanna see LaVar actually play somebody?
