The Oregon football program’s uniforms are always in the headlines.
But this offseason, it looked like they would be cutting back on the alternate looks under new head coach Willie Taggart and focusing on more traditional looks. That won’t be the case in Week 2, however, but it is for a great cause.
On Thursday, Oregon unveiled a partnership with OHSU Doernbecher Children’s Hospital.
As part of the partnership, the Ducks will wear a special “Stomp Out Cancer” uniform when they take on Nebraska on Saturday, Sept. 9. The uniforms feature a chrome helmet, chrome numbers with a yellow outline, and an incredible new logo.
