‘American Ninja Warrior’ Kacy Catanzaro Signs With WWE

Kacy Catanzaro amazed everyone when she appeared on “American Ninja Warrior.” She was agile, strong, swift and a possessed a dynamic personality. The WWE must have seen their eyes light up when they found out about her.

After training at the WWE Performance Center, she’s apparently shown enough promise to be officially offered a contract. TMZ reported the news.

Catanzaro has managed to make a perceived disadvantage her greatest strength. Standing a diminutive 5-feet tall, and maybe 100-pounds, she doesn’t fit the profile of the traditional WWE wrestler. However, her explosive personality and obvious penchant for whipping the crowd into a frenzy is aided by her small stature.

She evokes a kind of “Whoa look at what she’s doing!” kind of reaction.

Catanzaro will likely be leaning heavily on her gymnastics background while she learns the finer points of professional wrestling.

There is no word on when she might be making her professional debut, but when she does, she’ll likely become a fan favorite.
