Ex-Syracuse F Taurean Thompson Enrolls At Seton Hall

It looks like Taurean Thompson has found his new home, with reports that the former Syracuse forward has enrolled at Seton Hall University.
Thompson, a native of New York City, abruptly left the Syracuse basketball team earlier this month in order to play closer to home and now it looks like he has settled in South Orange, New Jersey.
Jerry Carino of the Asbury Park Press confirmed the news on Thursday.
Thompson will be forced to sit out the 2017-18 season in order to satisfy NCAA transfer rules before returning to the court.
The former four-star recruit could be an impact player from day one. As a recruit, Seton Hall was a member of Thompson’s final four, along with Syracuse, Providence and Georgetown.
During his true freshman season at Syracuse, Thompson  averaged 9.2 points, 3.8 rebounds and one block per game.
