Ohio State football player Mike Weber took to social media to show off some special footwear.
The Buckeyes running back posted photos on Snapchat that show off a pair of custom LeBron James cleats. The cleats are Nike LeBron Soldier 11’s and have been modified to go from the hardwood to the gridiron.
LeBron previously gifted the entire team with custom cleats when the Buckeyes were wrapping up the 2016 season against Michigan.
James has always been a big fan of the Ohio State program and has been connected to the program for years. Earlier this season, the Buckeyes were spotted wearing LeBron James travel gear, so perhaps a partnership down the line could be in the works.
For now, they’ll have to be satisfied with the custom cleats.
