After the spectacle that was Mayweather and McGregor, boxing fans finally get to see two of the best boxers currently in the sport going toe-to-toe inside of the ring at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
The match will be for Alvarez’s The Ring middleweight title, while Golovkin will also defend his WBA, WBC, IBF and IBO middleweight championships.
Ahead of the match, Canelo and Golovkin will be meeting with the media one last time for the final press conference on Wednesday ahead of their highly-anticipated bout.

Saturday will mark Canelo’s second bout of 2017. Earlier this year, he scored a unanimous decision victory over Julio César Chávez Jr. to extend his winning streak to seven in a row following a 2013 loss to Mayweather.
Golovkin also had an outing earlier this year, scoring a unanimous decision victory of his own over Daniel Jacobs.
The Canelo vs. Golovkin pay-per-view will take place on Saturday, Sept. 16 with a special start time of 8:00 p.m. ET.
