The weigh-ins for this weekend’s boxing match between Billy Joe Saunders and Willie Monroe Jr. included a sneak attack from Saunders’ young son.
As Saunders and Monroe flexed for the camera ahead of their WBO middleweight championship bout at Copper Box Arena in London, Saunders’ son stepped onto the scale.
With Saunders’ son between the two, Monroe playfully ruffled the youngsters hair.
Saunders’ son wasn’t having any of that, though, so he decided to punch Monroe below the belt before delivering a kick as he was dragged off the stage by security. Monroe took it all in stride and couldn’t help but to laugh at what had just taken place.

That’s definitely not something you see every day.
After the incident, Saunders took to social media to defend his son’s actions.

Hopefully Saunders can keep his shots above the belt when the two men face off on Saturday.
