The Colorado State football team will be wearing some special alternate uniforms on Nov. 11 against Boise State.
This week, the Rams took to social media to show off their new “state pride” uniforms that draw inspiration from the state flag. The uniforms feature a white jersey and helmet, with a red and gold “C” on the helmet and a patch of the state flag on the pants.
While the uniforms stray from the traditional look you’d expect from Colorado State, there will be no mistaking which team is on the field with the university name across the chest.

Well done, Under Armour.
“Our partnership with Under Armour provides for specialty uniforms and the UA design team does a tremendous job driving the creative process,” said CSU athletic director Joe Parker in a statement. “The use of our iconic state flag as the base element for this uniform speaks to the pride across Colorado for the University and also our mission as a land grant institution.”
The Rams currently sit at 2-2 on the season, fresh off of a blowout loss to Alabama. Colorado State has the weekend off before returning to action in two weeks against Hawaii.
