NC State football fans were out in full force Thursday night and eager to troll the Louisville Cardinals.
During the Wolfpack’s big win over Louisville, NC State fans broke out a very clear and audible “FBI” chant, referencing the FBI investigation into the Louisville basketball program for its part in the NCAA bribery scandal.
