The Kansas football program has not been a relevant factor in the Big 12 for quite some time, but on Saturday the Jayhawks offense reached an all-time low.
During the team’s 43-0 shellacking courtesy of the TCU Horned Frogs, Kansas finished just 21 yards of offense.
As you’d expect, that’s a historically low number.
The 21 yards of offense for the Jayhawks marks the lowest in Big 12 history and the worst offensive output from an FBS program in the last 20 years.
Not good, Kansas.

Along with the miserable offensive performance, Saturday’s loss to the Horned Frogs maked the 44th consecutive true road outing the Jayhawks have failed to win.
We’ll see if Kansas can find a way to move the chains next weekend when the team — which has been outscored 88-0 in the last two games — returns against Kansas State.
