College Football Coaching Rumors: Who Will Be Next Florida Coach?

Who will be the next head coach of the Florida football program?
That is a question everyone has been asking since the Gators agreed to part ways with Jim McElwain, and a number of intriguing candidates have surfaced to potentially fill the void.
But while there is a lengthy list of qualified head coaching candidates — if you scratch longshot Tim Tebow — there are two men who seem to be the clear contenders.
The folks at Bovada.lv released their betting odds for the next Florida head coach and it is none other than Mississippi State’s Dan Mullen, who served as offensive coordinator on two Gators national championship teams and previously worked under the current Florida athletic director, who is viewed as the favorite for the job.
Behind Mullen sits UCF’s Scott Frost.

Other names to appear on the list include Mike Norvell, Dino Babers, Matt Campbell, Willie Taggert, Chip Kelly and Bob Stoops.
