Florida-South Carolina Produces The Craziest Play You'll See All Day

It’s the most exciting 20-yard gain you’re going to see in a long time. It’s also a prime example of why this University of Florida defensive back isn’t lining up at running back.
In the battle of “who does Steve Spurrier love more?” the Gators and the South Carolina Gamecocks are playing some sloppy football.
Neither of these teams are headed to a conference championship this year, but any battle within the SEC is going to carry a lot of weight. At worst, they’re battling for bragging rights on the recruiting trail.
Here’s a play both sides are likely to leave off their highlight reel.

Nearing halftime and it’s been all Gamecocks. The Gators have struggled this year, and after starting the season 3-4, fired their head coach Jim McElwain. Interim-head coach Randy Shannon has taken over head coaching duties, and was beaten in his Gators coaching debut 45-16 by the Missouri Tigers.
Shannon struggled to field a winning team while he was the head coach at the University of Miami, and there is no reason to expect a different result at Florida. He is considered a master recruiter, but has struggled to produce positive results when serving as the head coach.
Having a defensive player cough up the ball inside the end zone is who the Gators have been this season.
