Lane Kiffin Takes Shot At Florida, Florida State's Struggles

FAU football coach Lane Kiffin is a master at trolling, but he has also had success in his debut season leading the Owls, leading the team to a 7-3 record, unbeaten in the conference, and atop the Conference USA East division.
Kiffin isn’t letting his success go unknown, especially since there are some in-state teams that have been struggling.
When asked to discuss FAU’s 2017 campaign thus far, Kiffin took a shot at the Florida Gators and Florida State Seminoles; two programs which would probably like to forget this season happened at all.
“For Miami, FIU, and FAU to be playing this well – who would have thought that we’d be sitting here this time of year and have more wins than Florida and Florida State combined,” Kiffin said, viaChuck King of FAUowlaccess.com.
“That’s pretty neat.”

It’s great to see the Owls making some noise in Conference USA and even better to see Kiffin being as entertaining as ever.
