UCF Football: Scott Frost Will Coach In Peach Bowl

The UCF football program will not be led by Scott Frost, who left the Knights to become head coach of the Nebraska Cornhuskers, next season. However, the team will have one final day to enjoy what they have been able to achieve together.
According to Sam McKewon of the Omaha World-Herald, Frost will return to UCF for one final outing as head coach when the team takes on Auburn in the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl.
Frost and UCF finished the regular season with a perfect 12-0 record.
Ending his time with the Knights with a perfect season would be a storybook ending for the former head coach.

The Knights will go into the Peach Bowl with head coach Scott Frost, interim head coach Troy Walters, the team’s offensive coordinator, and new head coach Josh Heupel. However, the former Mizzou offensive coordinator will not be on the sideline for Frost’s final game.
The 2018 Peach Bowl takes place at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia on Jan. 1. The game will be televised on ESPN and ESPN Deportes.
