Despite a lot of turnover on ESPN’s flagship baseball show, Sunday Night Baseball, Jessica Mendoza will be returning in 2018.
The news comes after Dan Shulman left the show for personal reasons while Aaron Boone left to accept a job as manager of the New York Yankees. As a result, there is no word on who will be alongside Mendoza in the booth for her third season.
Buster Olney will also serve as a field reporter for Sunday Night Baseball, while “additional commentator announcements” are expected in the coming weeks.
