Christmas Memes: Funny Photos, Best Jokes & Images

It’s Christmas Day 2017! Here are the best memes, funny photos, jokes & images for everyone’s favorite holiday.

It is finally that time of year. It’s December 25, which means people around the world woke up with presents under their tree from Santa Claus as they ready to kickoff a full Christmas Day of celebration and food with family and friends.

Christmas is the annual holiday to celebrate the birth of Jesus.

It has been a federal holiday since June 28, 1870 and is also celebrated by non-Christians as a day of giving and important part of the holiday season.

Merry Christmas, everyone!

Christmas Traditions

Decorations: It’s not really Christmas until you get your Christmas tree up and decorate it with your favorite ornaments. Then, on Christmas Day, you get to wake up with presents under the tree to kick the gift-giving into full swing.

Gift Giving: Retailers love Christmas, because people run to the stores to get gifts for their friends and family. The tradition comes from the gifts of gold, frankincense, and myrrh which were given to 8-pound 6-ounce newborn infant Jesus by the Magi.

Christmas Music: You know it’s Christmas time when there are Christmas carols playing. From “Deck the Halls” to “Jingle Bells” to “Hark! The Herald Angels Sing,” there are plenty of classics.

Dinner: What’s a good holiday without a big family dinner? Per usual, the holiday feasts typically include a bird, gravy, potatoes, vegetables, mince pies, fruit cake and Yule log cake. Pro Tip: Don’t forget the dinner rolls.

NBA Basketball: For sports fans, this one is a can’t miss. The NBA has a tradition of placing a number of marquee matchups and teams featuring the league’s top stars on the Christmas Day schedule that runs throughout the day.
