LeBron James is set to join an exclusive club on Tuesday night when the Cleveland Cavaliers take on the San Antonio Spurs.
James is currently sitting at 29,993 career points, just seven points away from the 30,000 point mark that only six players in league history have ever surpassed.
In anticipation of the career achievement, LeBron took to social media to write a congratulatory message to himself.
“Wanna be one of the first to Congratulate you on this accomplishment/achievement tonight that you’ll reach! Only a handful has reach/seen it too and while I know it’s never been a goal of yours from the beginning try(please try) to take a moment for yourself on how you’ve done it,” LeBron wrote.
