It’s time for another week in PyeongChang, South Korea for the 2018 Winter Olympics, with medals in alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, freestyle skiing, skeleton, snowboard and speed skating set to be awarded on Friday.
Entering the day, Norway tops the current medal count with 19 overall medals — six gold, eight silver and five bronze.
Germany, sitting at No. 2, leads the way with nine gold medals, but only 15 overall – two silver and four bronze. Netherlands and Canada have 13 medals a piece, while the United States rounds out the top five with eight overall medals — five gold, one medal and two bronze.
