The 2018 college football season kicks into full swing on Saturday, Sept. 1 with a busy week of marquee matchups across the nation. For the opening weekend of the season, ESPN’s College GameDay will be heading to South Bend for a clash between Notre Dame and Michigan.
And while we are still eagerly waiting for that game to take place, we already know where GameDay will be heading for Week 2.
According to Richard Deitsch of The Athletic, America’s favorite college football pregame show will be heading to College Station for a Week 2 meeting between the Texas A&M Aggies and Clemson Tigers.
Sources tell The Athletic that @CollegeGameDay will head to College Station next Saturday (Sept. 8) for Clemson at Texas A&M.

Texas A&M is sitting at 1-0 under new head coach Jimbo Fisher after steamrolling FCS program Northwestern State on Thursday night. Clemson, meanwhile, will also be facing an FCS opponent on opening weekend when they welcome the Furman Paladins to Death Valley.
