Maybe, just maybe, the Pac-12 title goes through the Palouse this season. The Cougars capped an historic and memorable weekend in Pullman by knocking off No. 12 Oregon, which had defeated Washington just a week earlier. Minshew, the East Carolina transfer who was originally headed to Tuscaloosa, completed 39-of-51 for 323 yards, four TDs and two picks in the critical conference win.

DBU is at it again in 2018. Not only do the Tigers have CB Greedy Williams, but Delpit might also be the nation’s premier safety. Delpit was brilliant in LSU’s 19-3 suffocation of Mississippi State. He flashed his full array of skills by making 10 tackles, including a sack of Nick Fitzgerald, and picking off a pair of passes. Fitzgerald was held to 8-of-24 for just 59 yards and four interceptions.
