For the sixth time in seven seasons, the North Dakota State Bison will be attempting to claim the FCS national championship. North Dakota State, the top-ranked seed in the playoffs with an unbeaten record of 14-0, is set to take on Eastern Washington, one of just three teams to win the FCS title in the past eight years.
Eastern Washington is currently 12-2 and enters the championship as the No. 3 seed. It would be the program’s second national championship in history.
This year’s national title game will take place at Toyota Stadium in Frisco, Texas.
