Notre Dame has updated a project that will result in the expansion of Notre Dame Stadium by up to 4,000 seats.
The “Campus Crossroads Project” was announced by the football program and will also result in a new video board, the relocation of the press box and some new benches in the stadium.
It will be a $400 million project which is expected to be complete by August 2017.

And don’t you worry. The project will benefit more than just the football program.
‘The Campus Crossroads Project is the largest building initiative in the history of the University of Notre Dame. The $400 million project includes construction of more than 750,000 square feet of classroom, research, student facility, digital media, performance, meeting, event, and hospitality space,” the press release stated.
