According to reports, the troubled quarterback is currently selling his home in the Cleveland area that he purchased last year. Considering Manziel no longer has any reason or desire to be in Cleveland, it’s easy to understand why the home is on the market.
All you need to shell out for the 3.5-bedroom, four-bathroom Manziel pad is $489,900.
Since there is no return to the NFL in sight, Manziel could definitely use the money. And hey, where else can you buy a home for less than $500,000 that has as much character as Manziel’s home?
