Ex-Penn State assistants Tom Bradley, Greg Schiano were aware of Sandusky abuse

As more and more information becomes public knowledge regarding the child abuse scandal centered around former Penn State assistant Jerry Sandusky, there are even more assistants who are being named connected to troubling reports.

The latest two assistants to hear their name linked to the scandal are Tom Bradley and Greg Schiano.

In a deposition from Mike McQueary, the former Nittany Lions quarterbacks coach said Bradley was previously aware of assault by Sandusky. He noted Bradley “was not surprised” when he informed him of Sandusky’s actions.

McQueary additionally added that Schiano had witnessed Sandusky “doing something to a boy in the shower,” but never mentioned it again.

Bradley is currently the defensive coordinator at UCLA. Schiano, meanwhile, served  10 years as head coach at Rutgers and with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers after his time in State College. Schiano is now set to enter his first season as co-defensive coordinator at Ohio State.

It will be interesting to see what comes from this latest information.
