With the Obama’s preparing to leave office and seed the presidency to Donald and Melania Trump, First Lady Michelle Obama gave her final speech yesterday.
Charged and well stated as ever, she did take a quick detour to give Michigan coach John Harbaugh a quick dig during her speech.
“Coach Jim Harbaugh and his beautiful wife, who’s a lot better looking than him,” Obama joked.

The Harbaugh’s and the Obama’s appear to have a healthy relationship, with the first couple of Wolverine football working with the first lady through her “Reach Higher Initiative.”
The Harbaugh’s were both in attendance at the White House for the speech.

Jim Harbaugh’s offseason was highly publicized last year, and this year is off to a good start.
Will taking a picture of Usher help the next Jabrill Peppers decide to go to Michigan instead of Ohio State? Maybe. But with Harbaugh branding himself as a kind of “contemporary players coach,” this kind of publicity can’t hurt.
