The Little League World Series U.S. Championship game takes place on Saturday afternoon, when the Red Land Little League team from Lewisberry, Pennsylvania takes on Pearland from Texas.
To prepare for the game, Red Land decided to go check out the team that a lot of the players idolize: the Penn State football team.
Penn State shared photos welcoming in Red Land to their practice Friday afternoon. It was a pretty memorable experience for the young guys to have and Red Land’s head coach Tom Peifer talked about the once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Red Land plays for the US Championship on ABC at 3:30 while Penn State opens the season a week from today against Temple. Sounds like an awesome week for Pennsylvania sports fans.
