On Friday, the NFL released its list of underclassmen eligible for the 2016 NFL Draft. This list includes over 100 players that have met the three years’ eligibility rule and declared before the January 18th deadline.
There are a number of talented players on the list and many of them are expected to be selected in the first round come April. It may be hard, but we looked at the 20 best underclassmen that will be hoping to hear their name called in three months.
