Annie Apple to join NFL Sunday Countdown as contributor

Ever since Eli Apple was drafted tenth overall by the New York Giants, his mother, Annie Apple, has made a pretty big impression with everyone across the NFL.

Now, she will have a pretty big role with ESPN during her son’s rookie season.

ESPN’s Dan Graziano reported that she will join NFL Sunday Countdown as a contributor this season. This makes some sense as she is already a writer and has written a few articles regarding her son from some pretty big sports news sites as of late.

Annie Apple has already proven to be an entertaining figure in the NFL and her son hasn’t even taken a snap in the league. It will be fun to watch her throughout the season and to see how she develops into her role.

We can guarantee Annie will give us some laughs.
