The Miami Hurricanes will be without do-it-all wide receiver Stacy Coley for Saturday’s game against Arkansas State. Coley injured his shoulder during last Saturday’s 41-7 win over FAMU and has been unable to practice all week long.
A season ago, Coley caught 33 passes for 591 yards and seven touchdowns, and his excellent punt return skills have catapulted him into second place among all ACC punt returners, averaging 14 yards per return.
Still for Hurricane fans, its not a reason to panic as head coach Al Golden has plenty of other options at the position including Phillip Dorsett, Herb Waters, Malcolm Lewis and freshman Braxton Berrios. Coley is not expected to miss significant time with the injury and should be ready for the meat of the ACC schedule.
