The NFL Draft is in two weeks, and potential No. 1 pick Jameis Winston is in hot water once again.

The timing could not be worse for Winston, who is projected as the top pick in the upcoming draft in mocks by ESPN’s Mel Kiper and Todd McShay. He has a long history of character issues, from shoplifting to another alleged sexual assault to just being a knucklehead, and this latest allegation is another red flag to be raised as draft day draws nearer.
Earlier this month, I actually wrote a piece about how such issues should not be ignored under any circumstances, and this is just another piece of evidence supporting that.
Not all details have been released but depending on what comes to light, the recent rise in Winston’s stock could very well be all for naught.
Campus Sports will update the story as more details emerge.
