Big Ten releases primetime schedule

The Big Ten conference is getting some love from the folks at ESPN, with seven primetime games announced for the upcoming college football season.

Among the primetime Big Ten games are Minnesota vs. TCU, Michigan State vs. Oregon and Ohio State vs. Penn State. Michigan State will also take on Nebraska in primetime later in the season.

The marquee matchups are sure to generate impressive ratings for ESPN and they will be available to stream on the WatchESPN app.

The primetime schedule that was released by ESPN can be seen below, via College Football Talk:

September 3 (Thursday): Minnesota vs. TCU, 9 p.m., ESPN

September 12: Michigan State vs. Oregon, 8 p.m., ABC, ESPN or ESPN2

October 17: Ohio State vs. Penn State, 8 p.m., ABC, ESPN or ESPN2

October 24: Rutgers vs. Ohio State, 8 p.m., ABC, ESPN or ESPN2

October 31: Minnesota vs. Michigan, 7 or 8 p.m., ABC, ESPN or ESPN2

November 7: Ohio State vs. Minnesota, 7 or 8 p.m., ABC, ESPN or ESPN2

November 7: Nebraska vs. Michigan State, 7 or 8 p.m., ABC, ESPN or ESPN2
