Duke-North Carolina. The rivalry doesn’t get much bigger than that, and now, the Blue Devils have taken the friendly disagreement off the court posting a billboard just down I-85 South near Durham North Carolina.
A big- and rather obnoxious- CONGRATULATIONS highlights the billboard that also features a team photo of the National Championship team hoisting the trophy.

While Duke may hold the last laugh in 2015, several questions remain about the team’s ability to repeat as champions of the NCAA Tournament. Can they replace several NBA players? Can they best their cross-state rivals? Yes, they may have reloaded with a few five-star recruits, but the Tar Heels will be waiting for their revenge.
