Texas Twin OL Commit to Aggies over Texas, others

It is not too often that package deals happen anymore in recruiting.

Twin brothers Austin and Riley Anderson decided late Monday afternoon that the were ready to shut down their respective recruitments, and commit to play in College Station for Coach Sumlin and company.

The commitment comes just a week after they unofficially visited the campus for the Spring Scrimmage (No spring game for the Aggies this spring) The twins separately broke the news on Twitter just a few hours ago:

Austin and Riley are both 3-Star Offensive Linemen, and were thought to be Texas leans, but the visit to College Station seems to have changed that.

They also both had reported offers from Auburn, Texas, Ole Miss, Miami, and Michigan among many others. They currently play for Mineola HS in Mineola, TX, and join 5-Star Greg Little as the Offensive Linemen so far in this class.

While the rivalry on the field is on a temporary hold, the rivalry between Texas and Texas A&M seems to be growing by the day on the recruiting trail, (Kyler Murray, Daylon Mack, Malik Jefferson, Greg Little, and Kris Boyd to name a few) chalk this one up as another Win for the Aggies.
