It has been well known that the Cleveland Browns have had quarterback issues that have spanned far too long and they want to fix that ASAP.
It appears that they see the solution to their problem in former Oregon QB Marcus Mariota as it is being reported that the Browns have offered two first round picks to the Tennessee Titans in exchange for their number 2 overall pick.

Even though the Titans are known to want to take a quarterback with their current pick, they have expressed their willingness to trade the pick as shown by this offer and with rumored talks with the Philadelphia Eagles and the San Diego Chargers.
