Chip Kelly and the Philadelphia Eagles have been rumored to be in discussions with the Tennessee Titans for the number two overall pick to draft Marcus Mariota.
Apparently, Eagles fans want the deal to get done. They don’t care about “mortgaging the future.”

Chip Kelly tried to shush the crowd but there have been rumors that the Eagles are trying to put together a monster package of Fletcher Cox, Brandon Boykins, Mychal Kendricks, two first rounders and other current players to get the quarterback he coached at Oregon.
