Buccaneers told Jameis Winston to delete crab leg photo

Jameis Winston trolled the nation after he was selected by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers with the No. 1 overall pick in the 2015 NFL Draft.

Winston took to social media to share a photo of himself with a plate of crab legs in front of him. Obviously, this was poking fun at the infamous Publix incident that landed Winston a suspension from the baseball team.

While the photo was entertaining, his new employer did not seem to approve.

According to Rick Stroud of the Tampa Bay Times, the Buccaneers preferred that the photo was removed from Winston’s account.

Unfortunately for the Buccaneers, this will just cause people to already start talking about how Jameis Winston is not mature enough for the NFL. The Winston “haters” will also say that this is a clear sign he cannot be the face of the franchise.

Oh, and there is that whole internet thing, too.

So, even though the Buccaneers had the photo deleted, it is out there to stay.
