On Wednesday, it was announced that Florida Gators quarterback Skyler Mornhinweg would be transferring to Columbia.
The good news for Florida, who had just two scholarship quarterbacks — redshirt freshman Will Grier and sophomore Treon Harris — on the roster after Mornhinweg’s transfer, is that they are set to get another signal-caller down in Gainesville.
According to AP reporter Mark Long, Oregon State Beavers quarterback Luke Del Rio is expected to sign with the Gators.

Del Rio, the son of former NFL coach Jack Del Rio, previously played for Alabama and Oregon State, so Florida would be the third stop of his collegiate career.
