You do not want to mess with Penn State Nittany Lions defensive lineman Anthony Zettel.
In a video posted to Instagram over the weekend, Zettel can be seen preparing for the upcoming season in a very unique way. Zettel’s Penn State teammate, Jordan Dudas, uploaded a photo that shows Zettel lining up and going one-on-one with a tree.
After exploding out of his stance, Zettel tackles the tree in perfect form.
