Ohio State and its star running back Ezekiel Elliott just keep getting more good news. Earlier on Wednesday, it was revealed that Elliott tops the early list of Heisman Trophy candidates with 6-1 odds to win the yearly award.
Late Wednesday afternoon, Elliot took to Twitter to announce that his wrist, which was a question of health for the running back.

According to College Spun, Elliot played the entire 2014 season with an injured wrist that was in a cast for most of the season. Elliott did not allow that to hinder his performance as he averaged 125.2 yards per game with eighteen touchdowns on the ground last season. His 246 yard, four touchdown performance in the National Championship game earned him the OFfensive MVP award.
With this news, Ohio State can rest assured that their leading rusher will be ready to go come September. And the Buckeyes’ opponents won’t be able to rest at all knowing that they will have to contend with him.
