Ohio State Buckeyes running back Ezekiel Elliott is one of the best players in college football and the favorite to win the Heisman Trophy this season.
Wednesday morning, Elliott’s father took to social media to share a poster that was made for Elliott during the recruiting process. The poster shows Elliott’s name inscribed in the Heisman Trophy and Elliott’s father said Meyer promised the youngster that he would one day be in the Heisman conversation if he joined the Buckeyes.

Elliott isn’t just in the conversation, he’s leading the way.
Not only is it great to see that Meyer had confidence in the young running back coming out of high school, but it is just as great to see that Elliott has been able to live up to his potential at Ohio State.
