This weekend is the Rivals 5-Star Challenge where some of the best football recruits in the country will compete to show off their talents. It seems that Trayvon Mullen and Chauncey Gardner are not too happy about it.
Taking to Twitter to voice their opinions, Mullen who is not yet committed, and Gardner who committed to Florida last fall, were not happy about what happened — although it appears to be their fault.
The two initially spoke out with clear disgust for being overlooked.

Rival’s own Woody Womack then responded with clear cut details as to why they were not included.
@StillDat_ @Mullen_1era gotta come to camp and compete #earnednotgiven

There are rumors that players who did not attend regional camps were invited to the challenge while these two were not, but as it stands the two young defensive backs are the ones to blame. They are certainly two of the best defensive backs in the nation, but maybe this will add a little bit of fire for them to leap up to the top of that list.
