On Sunday afternoon, the 47th Annual Quicken Loans 400 at Michigan International Speedway took place. Before the race could begin, the ceremonial “Start Your Engines” command had to take place and none other than Michigan State Spartans head coach Mark Dantonio was there to get the festivities underway.

Now, we’ll have to see if Dantonio can get his team firing on all cylinders when they open up the 2015 season against the Western Michigan Broncos at Waldo Stadium on Friday, Sept. 4.
