Michigan State’s Cotton Bowl rings take shot at Michigan

Over the weekend, Michigan State Spartans linebacker Darien Harris shared a photo of the team’s Cotton Bowl championship rings with the world on his social media account.

The photo was deleted shortly after, but as we have learned in the past, once something is out on the Internet it is there to stay.

The rings feature the Cotton Bowl logo, team record and score for the Spartans’ miraculous comeback in the game on one side, while the other features the player name, the team’s national ranking and even a shot at rival Michigan.

That’s a pretty impressive piece of hardware and kudos to the Spartans for going above and beyond to take a shot at their rival.
